    Local coverage of the blessing of animals on Sunday (which apparently 
only included dogs?).  I was disappointed that one can't hear bells - it 
took place at noon.

    On the 23rd, practice shifted early to accommodate a ceremony moving 
someone from ROTC to regular Air Force.  I hope I am describing that 
correctly.  Attached is a photo of the ringing room with dignitaries and 
flags.
