Brexit ringing (or not) in the news

  I had never heard of the New European, but this is a clear (ad-filled) 
article about the Central Council's statement on ringing on Jan 31st etc.

  It's nice to know that MPs and others recognize the importance of 
special-occasion ringing, even if that isn't the usual sort of special 
occasion.
