Tentative Schedule, which I made up, based on previous years.
11 PM Gather at the Brimmer Street entrance. Chatting, handbell ringing (I left 8 of mine there yesterday), setting up the snacks.
11:30 - 11:55 general tower ringing (Austin/Phoebe in charge?)
Tenor tolls the hour at midnight, then nice rounds, two sets of firing, bells down by 12:15
12:15 AM party
If you can't get there by 11, call or text me (or other people) to be let in.
Feel free to bring non-ringing friends or family along.
It seems possible that we will have a band to try (part?) of the unnamed delight method that may be named Academic Delight soon

We especially recommend the 7 PM fireworks over the common.
It looks like it may rain Tuesday morning and the temperature in Boston will stay slightly above freezing, so I expect the First Night ice sculptures will be dripping, but they are usually worth seeing.
The T runs on a weekday schedule, with more trains (subway and commuter rail) added at the end to get people home. Fares are waived (ie the T is free) after 8 PM. I am not sure about the commuter rail fares.
