DanielleFor the new ringers - Orleans is great! It's on the Cape, about a 2 hour drive without traffic, with a ground floor ring of 10, friendly ringers and a beach across the street. The meeting is open to all levels, including handling. It will probably be an all day trip, and may include a restaurant dinner after the meeting. Lunch is usually picnic style, with some people getting fried seafood from across the street, some getting sandwiches in town and some of us bringing our own lunch. A fun day and a chance to visit a nearby ring.There is an area meeting at Orleans on Saturday May 13th. Ringing is from 10-5, usually with a lunch break.I'll organize rides for those who need them - please reply if you would like a ride or can offer a ride.
