That's what we had been linking to and what the ASA proposed changes to. There's also this:

which looks slightly more accurate since it already has a president. Is this the most recent version?

Are you sure this is the right link? It seems radically changed from
the most recent I had seen, and appears possibly to be a reversion to
an earlier version of the constitution.
