I'm
planning to drive. I know of other people who are going,
but haven't started organizing carpools yet. Any
suggestions for a method of the day for more advanced
ringers? Laura from Sister Alicia: The Area Meeting in Orleans, MA at our Bell Tower is fast approaching! It is May 12th ( a change from the 26th in case you hadn't seen that on the NAGCR website). We are really excited and hoping many of you will be able to come and ring in our Tower. It is a beautiful time of the year on Cape Cod as well! Since we in Orleans are the newest and therefore least experienced of all of you, we thought we would just call it a day of Open Ringing - you can ring whatever you like. We would like to be included in what we are able to ring. Could you please let me, Sr Alicia, know by May 5th if you will be coming so we can plan lunch, etc? A basic schedule follows: 10am - noon Ringing (coffee and snacks provided) 12-1 lunch Lunch provided (donations gladly accepted) 1- 2:30 Ringing 2:30 - 2:45 Break w/refreshments 2:45 - 5 Choral Evensong is at 5:15 which anyone is more than welcome to attend |
