   This afternoon at Old North we were discussing our general plan to 
use the "backpack carry" rescue technique in case anyone ever had a 
heart attack or similar problem in the ringing room, because there
doesn't seem to be a good way of getting someone out.  Trying to get a 
stretcher out the window to a waiting crane doesn't seem so likely.  And 
then I saw the link to this:
