Old North ringing room clean-up June 3rd?

It's been quite a while since we had a systematic cleaning day at
Old North. I scrubbed the floor last summer, but other than basic
maintenance like occasional vacuuming and taking out the trash, not much
has happened since.
I carefully did *not* say tower clean-up because I want to focus on the
ringing room first - at some later date, we can do some work up in the
belfry, or scrub the bathroom sink.
I suggest Saturday afternoon the 3rd of June, after practice. I'll
bring snacks, because lunch would be postponed.

The plan:

*Tidy
Clear off the benches and other flat surfaces. Put things in their
places, or find places for homeless items (or toss them, or recycle
them).
A subset of this is to organize the drawers in the filing cabinet,
the space under the stairs, and the corner where stays and brooms and so
forth are kept.
Total bookshelf organizing may be postponed until the RW
consolidation project is finished (see below), but at least some should
happen on or by this day.
[some of the area organizing could happen in advance, while people are
sitting out from time to time]

*Dust and vacuum.

*Wash the blackboard?

*Scrub the floor (I can do this alone if the other stuff is done first).

****************************************************
We have nearly 30 years worth of Ringing Worlds taking up shelf
and drawer space. There is extensive overlap with the Advent Guild's RW
collection. We are planning to amalgamate them, creating one complete
(we hope) set that will dwell at the Advent. We'll recycle or give away
the duplicates. A couple of years have been moved over already, and
I've gone through a few boxes at Old North, noting which issues are
missing. We need to complete this so that we can have more useful space
on the bookcase, make the reference books more accessible, and get some
of the stuff near the books off the floor and onto shelves.

Please let me know if the date is convenient.
