I can't make practice today...

Hello out there in TV land...

I've done something to my ankle -- I'm not sure if I damaged it at my desk
yesterday or whether I inherited a bum xanthide oxidase gene from my dad 
and
I've just started the lovely path to gout. Either way, two flights of 
stairs
and heavy bells are a no-go today. I still hope I can attend the ringing 
for
the lantern service... if I can get this fixed. Have a good practice.
