The church informed us this morning that the organ recording session has been cancelled, so the bells are available after all.

I know this isn't my role, but since I haven't heard back from Sam yet, and since the spreadsheet entries are all suspect, I've added a ??? after each positive response.  I'm not sure if Sam will cancel or go ahead, but it might be helpful if people update their responses, removing the ???, so there is better data on who is still available.
