We're going to be starting a new ringing series at Smith: On the second Saturday of every month, we'll have open quarter peal (or possibly even peal) attempts in the afternoon, starting around 3. We're going to try to organize attempts at a variety of levels — from first attempts for newer ringers to spliced Surprise and other more advanced ringing. Depending on the numbers for any given Saturday, we may also organize handbell attempts instead of / in addition to any tower attempts.

The second Saturday in October is the NAGCR AGM, so we'll be starting this series on November 12th. You can sign up on the new "SecondSaturdays" tab of our regular attendance spreadsheet, here:
