Apologies for the prolonged suspense - yes, July 3rd at Dracut is ON!  If the weather forecast looks bad for Sunday and better for Saturday, we might move it to Saturday the 2nd.

I need help reaching any of the newer folks who might not be on bcr, so please forward this, or let me know their email address.  I've added a couple people I know of to bcc, as I don't know if they are sharing email addresses yet.  (Cally - I included TJ on bcc).

I'm attaching the spreadsheet from last year, but not adding or removing names from it.  Please confirm in the second column, add your name if you aren't already there, and add No in the second column or move your name(s) to the bottom if you can't make it.
There is a second tab for folks to use to organize transportation.

We will have a kitchen shelter, tables, ice chests, ice, (soft) drinks, meat/vegan burgers / dogs, rolls, condiments.
We have two grills, one will be for meat, the other for vegan.  The vegan (round Weber) grill was used for meat in the past (more than 3 years ago), and I have not replaced the grating.  It is pretty clean, but I'll try to remember to pick up a new grating, if that would help.
There may not be quite enough seating, so if folks have favorite beach chairs, you might want to bring one along.

We have an assortment of sunscreen and bug repellent, but maybe not enough for everyone.

The waterfront is quite a bit better than last year, so folks may want to bring water things.  If it's warm I hope to see quite a few entries in the 1st annual cannon-ball contest.  The water will be like bath-water - it is already at 75F as of yesterday.

We have a big float, kayaks, canoe, sailboat, assorted life jackets (but if you have jackets for your kids you might want to bring them).  There will be at least one lawn game (corn-hole), and one set of hand-bells, but plan to bring your favorite outdoor or board game.

I assume many folks will come after ringing, but feel free to come earlier if that works for you, but not before 11:00 am, (and even then there might be one or two chores left).  We will likely light up the grills whenever there is a critical mass of folks, and keep them going as long as people are hungry.

In the evening, we'll have a bon-fire, rounds, s'mores.  Anyone want to play guitar (or banjo)?

I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but that will do for now!

See you soon!!!
Greg (and Cathy)
