For years, there have been two email announcement/chat groups for North American ringers.  I learned while we were planning for the AGM that many of you had never heard of them.  As is the case with all yahoo groups, I think, they are about to disappear.  They are being replaced with one consolidated group (which many of us think should have been the case all along).   I recommend it.  There's not much traffic, and one

can pass on information pretty easily.  Especially useful for those of us who would not under any circumstances use Facebook (no, I'm not the only one).
