I usually send people to bellringers@mit.edu  which doesn't get one person, but is easy to remember.

If we are going to get one, I suggest maybe bostonchangeringing.org, not adventringing.org.

There are, though, recurring costs for this, so this would have to be factored into a budget of some sort.
