It sounds like there was a misunderstanding at ON last week where a visiting ringer wasn't allowed up the tower. I've asked the church to remind docents to err more on the side of letting folks up and to flick the lights if they need to talk to us.

When we do have frustrations of this sort please remember that there is an education manager on site Saturdays (TJ) who may be better able to help resolve matters than the front line educators. I'm also very happy to address things like this where I can.
