bapc deadlines and procedures

Dear Boston Area Physics Calendar subscribers and posters,

We settled on a specific plan for calendar deadlines and cleaned up some
older information.  The deadline for submission to the weekly calendar
is Thursday at noon.  Please send your listings for the following week,
before noon Thursday, to bapc-events cosmos phy tufts edu.  If you have
something you need to announce after this deadline (regardless of
whether the calendar has actually gone out yet), send it to
bapc-late cosmos phy tufts edu, which will deliver your notice to all
600 subscribers right away.

Late notices sent to bapc-events may be silently ignored.  On time
notices sent to bapc-late will cause people to be unhappy with you.

The calendar will be sent out Thursday late afternoon or Friday morning.
