   Another easy fix is to have the automatic reply contain a brief FAQ 
(e.g. unsubscribe instructions)—again, in response to any unparseable 
submission.

It does, in the sense that it says "To submit or modify events, or to
subscribe or unsubscribe from these weekly notices, see
https://cosmos.phy.tufts.edu/bapc.html"; and at that site the user can
figure out what they really should be doing.
