These are all trivial to implement—it's just a question of agreeing on what the system should do. Then we need to put together documentation with a few examples. When everything is ready, we can connect the automated calendar to the existing listserv so that its emails go out to all current subscribers and there's no change required users. Ken, you already made some suggestions on these points. If anyone else has any thoughts, this would be a good time to weigh in. Otherwise, I'll propose and implement a set of changes and we can be ready to make the switch very soon. Best, Ben
