We invite you to attend the first Medford Campus Applicants & Administrators Pre-award Luncheon Series (AAPLS) - Finding Funding and Getting Started. Summary: Before applying for grant funding, you must first locate an appropriate funding opportunity and fully understand the application
requirements. This workshop will provide tools, assist attendees with getting started, and introduce: Tufts resources and who to contact, funding opportunity databases features and their use, and limited submission process and practices. Presented by staff
members of the Offices of Proposal Development, Research Administration, Corporations and Foundations, and the Schools of Arts and Sciences and Engineering. Date & Time: September 26, 2012, 12-1 Where: Alumni Lounge - Talbot Avenue, Medford AAPLS is open to all investigators and administrators at Tufts who are engaged in preparation and submission of proposals for sponsored funding. New and early stage investigators are
especially encouraged to attend; however, established researchers and administrators well versed in pre-award policies will also benefit. There is no need to RSVP.
While light refreshments will be provided, we encourage you to bring your lunch.
