I would like to inform you of a new resource for your department, and your new employees.

This document is full of “How To’s” for self service on many of the services provided by Tufts.

While the document was written with a new employee in mind it contains material that is useful to all employees at any point in their time here at Tufts.

If your staff and faculty use this document they will cut time down on getting simple task’s completed.

Of course the Helpdesk and your support technician will be available to assist with these tasks but we feel that these detailed instructions will be readily understood by everyone.

 

There are two documents that will help all employees, new and old, with information that will assist them with IT information and the role that ITS plays on Medfford campus.

The second link “ITS Who We Are (Powerpoint)” is a FoPowerPoint presentation detailinng the ITS groups and infoms you about what ITS can do for you.

The presentation details information on all of the groups within ITS from Helpdesk and Outreach to Server Support and ITS Training.

This document is designed to assist your department in seeing areas of support within ITS that you may not know of or may not fully understand their usefulmess as an enduser.
